Enterprise Workplace & Products Quality Assurance provides a centralized, standardized and independent testing service for all engineering releases. Our objective is to ensure we provide consistent value to our clients and improve the overall quality of engineering releases. Performance Test role refines processes and procedures of load testing on our applications with transformation capability.

This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:

BS/BA degree or equivalent experience

Proven ability to write automated tests

Detailed understanding of common defect and data-management tools

Advanced knowledge of software lifecycles, including Waterfall and Agile, and test automation strategies

Experience working effectively with teams and stakeholders to develop relationships and achieve common goals

Proficiency in a business function, and some understanding of the broader business context

Seven or more years of relevant experience

o Intermediate knowledge in testing and tuning java, .net, LDAP, web, Data Base and Citrix applications

o Intermediate knowledge in installing and using of Load testing tools (Loadrunner, Jmeter and Login Virtual Server Interface and Blazemeter)

o Well-versed with monitoring tools like Dynatrace, Appdynamics and Shundra

o Intermediate Knowledge on protocols (web services, REST API's, AJAX True Client)

o Intermediate knowledge in Scripting languages (Java, C) for Load runner/Jmeter

o Good in Creating reports to document performance metrics, test results, analysis and develop system tuning recommendations

o Good Knowledge on Monitoring performance of Test/Quality Assurance/User Acceptance Test/Production environment
