Accessibility QA/Engineers collaborate with designers and technologists to help create and test accessible customer facing products within our Software Engineering group. Your knowledge about HTML code, aria authoring practices, testing with assistive tech and good inclusive design principles will serve you well in this role. Your quest to embrace leading-edge inclusive technologies and methodologies inspires the product teams you serve to follow suit. Best of all, you'll be able to harness our global network of Accessibility Engineers, testers and subject matter experts from around the world to extend your knowledge.

This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including: * BS/BA degree or equivalent experience * Passionate about Accessible User Experience (ADA). * Experience in QA process and working with requirements, defects, etc. * Practical experience testing for WCAG conformance using Screen readers and magnifiers * Identifying and suggesting potential solutions for accessibility barriers based on WCAG 2.1 standards and PDF/UA as well as compliance with other accessibility related laws * Experience and knowledge in HTML and CSS, especially in relation to accessibility principles. * Interest in tools like AXE, JAWS, VoiceOver for IOS and Android Talkback. * Experience and knowledge with programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, etc. * Advocates Web Standards and Development best practices. * Experience in software debugging * Ability to work in large, collaborative teams to achieve organizational goals * Passionate about building an innovative culture * Understanding of software skills such as business analysis, development, maintenance, and software improvement * Hands on experience in front end frameworks such as React or Angular.
